Please feel free to comment on the link in case you believe we have something left out.

Transfers - As pointed out in a previous email, please do not leave making the transfer arrangements to the last minute. Believe it or not, but all these suppliers are getting booked and it becomes a real hassle to get to and off the mountain.
I can recommend Bens Bus and Snowdrone. Both of them got still heaps of availability. You wanna arrive at the CENTRAL BUS STOP in Val d’Isère. Your apartment details will be emailed to you individually.

All apartments can be accessed from 4pm onwards officially. Sometimes, the cleaning stuff is quicker and accommodation can be accessed earlier. However, if you arrive early we will give you an address where you can leave your gear and you can explore Val d’Isère, get your lift tickets sorted etc.

Day of arrival for week#1 is March 16
Day of arrival for week#2 is March 23
Day of departure for those who are leaving after week#1 is March 23
Day of departure for those who are staying two weeks or staying from march 23 for a week is March 30

Recommended airport for arrival is Geneva, but I’ve also heard lots of good things about Lyon

We will set up a group chat on https://www.whatsapp.com/, which is pretty handy for everyone. Please set it up on your phone if you get a chance. We will set up this chat not too early prior to the camp, as we DO NOT wanna annoy YOU or OTHERS too much with updates and things which are only relevant to those being in Val d’Isère.
